National T-45 Single Drum Drawworks powered by 2 Compounded 425 HP Series 3406 CAT Diesels (850 HP total). Drum grooved for 1 1/8” line. Foster makeup & breakout catheads. Air driller controls.

Base & Brake

PJ-300 Base: 12 ft x 40 ft x 21 in tall, with 3 ft walkways both sides.
WPT W36-OM-201 Water Cooled Brake with Double Clutch rated at 500,000 lbs.

Derrick

2012 PJ 136-350 Jackknife Triple Derrick, 136 ft, 350,000 lbs. Includes Crown-a-matic, 4" 4000 psi standpipe, racking board, ladder, 8-line Crown Sheaves. Designed for top drive.

Substructure

2008 PJ 4-12-670 elevating “Boot Strap” Substructure, 12 ft tall, rated for 670,000 lbs.

Powered Pumps

Two Gardner Denver Replica PZ-9 / QZ-9 Triplex Pumps, 1000 HP each, powered by 800 HP Detroit Diesel 12V12000 with air clutches. Normally stocked with 6 ½” & 7” liners. Includes full monitoring and control skid.

Mud Pit System

Shaker Tank: 440 bbl, 12’2” x 6’ x 42’. 2 x 5x6 centrifugal pumps, 60 HP motors.
Suction Tank: 320 bbl, 8’9” x 6’ x 39’. 2 x 5x6 pumps, pill compartment, 5 agitators.

Mud Cleaning Equipment

2 x National/Varco D235-LI Linear Motion Shale Shakers.
Double Life I-130 De-Sander with 3 x 10" cones.
Double Life V-516 De-Silter with 16 x 5" cones.

Dog House & Fuel Tank

Dog House: 8’ x 47’1”, insulated, includes lockers, Pilot II Automatic Driller, Pason touchscreen.
Fuel Tank: 3,500 gal diesel, skid mounted with dog house.

Water Tank

500 bbl, 8’6” x 47’ x 10’4”, with 9’ electrical room.

Generator Set

Prime 545 eKW CAT C-18 diesel, 681 kVA, explosion proof wiring, digital control panel, supports 110V/220V.

Recording & Monitoring

PASON Electronic Drilling Recorder with full workstation setup. Includes data hub access and satellite uplink. PVT not installed but available.
