Draw Works

1959 National T-12 Single Drum Drawworks powered by 525 HP Series 60 Detroit Diesel, Drum grooved for 1” line, Foster makeup & breakout catheads, air drillers controls. (Rebuilt July 2007, replaced all bearings, clutches, sprockets & chains)

Derrick

1960 model 90 feet 6 inch, 300,000 lb, P.J. Jackknife Derrick, PJ Crown Sheaves, 4” 4000 psi standpipe, racking board, and ladder. (Crown sheaves rebuilt July 2007)

Substructure

None

Powered Pumps

#1 Wilson 600 Duplex, 6 ½” by 14” 600 HP max at 95 spm. forged steel fluid end w/ quick-change caps, relief valve, pressure gauge, master skid, powered by 600 HP John Deere with air clutch. Normally stocked with 5 ½” & 6” liners. (Pump rebuilt July 2007).

Water Tank & Dog House

Water Tank: 125 bbl, 7’ 1” width x 10’ 1” length x 15‘ 2” height water tank mounted on pipe tub
Dog House: Dog House: 8’ width x 20’ length skid mounted, insulated doghouse with knowledge box, lockers, G.H. Bear automatic driller, Electric heat.

Fuel & Generator

Fuel: 3,000 gallon diesel fuel tank mounted on skid with dog house
Generator Set: Kholer 30 kw light plant power by 4 cylinder John Deere diesel.

Recording & Monitoring

Rig equipped with Double Pen Geolograph (Rebuilt Spring 2007)
